Chain and hooks appear to be good quality, top loop seems larger than some others I have seen but should be fine. I was disappointed to see that the adjusters aren't on their own swivel like advertised. I contacted the seller about this and their response was "we make them like this now". That is my reason for a lower rating. I like to know what I'm getting and don't want to be surprised.
