Purchased this as a compression garment right after having a tummy tuck with muscle repair and liposuction to help with swelling reduction. It does keep the midsection nice and compressed, however the armholes are too small and the straps dig in making it super painful to wear. The positioning of the hooks along the front is also not ideal for recovery after muscle repair as the hooks dig and make imprints all along the area that was repaired, belly button, and incision.
