They worked well at first after a few uses they weren’t as sturdy they are very flimsy so they shouldn’t be used in a windy eventNo issues. Basic stanchion kit. Plastic not metal. Not intended to be super fancy.This have done the job we needed at a reasonable price.I live near the end of a cul-de-sac. These are great to keep the service trucks (and pizza delivery folks) from turning round in our driveway (paver stones - very difficult to clean).I did have to get some cheap plastic chain at Lowes to reach all they way since the chain that comes with wasn't long enough - no problem, though.We poured pebble gravel into them, very stable.However, the weight of the chain (even light-weight plastic) might cause the vertical to tilt ever-so-slightly. I have a plan involving stainless steel screws....As advertised - only a few issues early on:Stanchions are a pain to fill with sand... fill a little... shake... fill a little... shake...One has started to take a lean after light use. I may update the review if it gets worse or fails.Thank you to supplier. Was super fast . Exactly what i wanted price was good compared to other sites . Will buy againWe used these stanchions at our New England Parkinson's Ride to control the food line at our Lobster Supper on Friday night, and the after-the-ride barbecue on Saturday.......and they were perfect.Cheaply made for the price and 2 of the round ball end caps were split in half where they were glued. Unable to re-glue even with Gorilla glue! Shoddy and they would't send me replacement ball end caps which probably only cost 50 cents to manufacture. Unfortunately I need these now to keep trucks off of my brick driveway !
