I never write bad reviews but this company is THE WORST. We ordered a mirror that was defective - it was clear it was defective and we sent pics and then the company made us send like 10 additional pictures of the box, different angles of the mirror, the packaging, etc. and then expected US to pay for the shipping back. After a bunch of back and forth they finally agreed to send a replacement and guess what? It had THE EXACT SAME PROBLEM/DEFECT. Clearly a manufacturing defect, and a significant one (Amazon agreed). How in the world could they not even look at it before boxing it up? And this was an inherent defect, not anything caused by shipping. Thank goodness for Amazon customer service stepping in to help us out.
